About Us
Hoofprints Facilitated Learning offers therapeutic horsemanship sessions and/or education packages in a unique outdoor learning environment. We have experience of working with young people including, but not limited to, people with learning difficulties, sensory impairments, emotional & behavioural difficulties, depression, eating disorders, physical impairments, young carers, people with mental health difficulties and young people who feel excluded.

Who is this for?
Young people aged between 11-25 years old with an existing EHCP.

How?
We work with schools, care providers, local authorities and individuals to offer inclusive sessions and/or educational programmes to disadvantaged children. Please note that we do not offer riding, instead our focus is on providing person centred, positive learning  experiences with a horse first approach.

Our Vision
To support young people in finding their place and purpose in community life. The individuals we support are experiencing social exclusion or are at risk of being isolated through disability, long term illness or other disadvantage. We are focused on creating opportunities that inspire people who are searching to make a positive change in their lives.
